Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026. These terms are a contract between you and 9GG LLC ("we"), 9GG LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, for the use of PredictLedger at predictledger.9gg.app.

1. The service

PredictLedger is an information service: a ledger where you record prediction-market calls, which we score against public market data and show on a profile. We do not operate a market, place orders, hold funds, provide custody or connect to exchange accounts. We are not affiliated with Kalshi or Polymarket.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older. You may use the ledger without an account; to keep it you sign in by an email link. You are responsible for the email account you use and for everything logged under your handle. Handles must not impersonate a person, exchange or brand; we may reclaim reserved or misleading handles.

3. Your records and public profile

You own the calls you log. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, score and display them as part of the service, including on your public profile and share pages, for as long as they remain in your ledger. You confirm that what you log is your own record and that you have the right to post any text you add. Resolved calls on a free profile are public; delete a call to remove it.

4. Pro subscription

Pro costs $9 per month or $79 per year, billed through Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account; access runs to the end of the paid period. Your first Pro purchase is refundable on request within 14 days of payment. After that there are no partial refunds except where the law requires. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies at your next renewal. Pro is not sold while the ledger runs on demo data.

5. Acceptable use

Do not: log calls you know to be false in order to inflate a public record; scrape the site beyond what robots.txt allows; resell or republish our scores or rankings as a dataset; use the service to build a competing leaderboard; attempt to access other people's data; or use PredictLedger in any way that breaks the law where you are. We may rate-limit, suspend or remove accounts that do.

6. No advice

Nothing on PredictLedger is investment, trading, financial or gambling advice, and nothing is a recommendation to trade on any exchange. The Disclaimer forms part of these terms. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and for the legality of prediction markets where you live.

7. Third-party data and links

Market information and resolutions come from public exchange data that we do not control and that can be late, wrong or revised. Links to exchanges are for attribution; we are not responsible for their content or terms.

8. Intellectual property

Our scores, rankings, text, design and code belong to 9GG LLC. Exchange data belongs to its sources. Exchange names are their owners' marks, used only to identify data sources.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement. Scores may be wrong; data may be missing or delayed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 9GG LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify 9GG LLC against claims arising from content you log or post or from your breach of these terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 3 (licence for content already shared, until removed), 6 and 8 to 13 survive.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts for Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you a non-waivable right to sue at home.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site and by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions: [email protected].
